In February 2012, Parkview Dental initiated a new program entitled “Parkview Perks.” This program was developed in an effort to provide our patients with no insurance a benefit to assist them in accessing dental care.
This is notification that Parkview Dental will be eliminating this program effective September 30, 2012 due to lack of participation. All program participants prior to October 1, 2012 will be honored the full year contract. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at 320-587-2726.
