Parkview Dental is offering patients with no insurance to participate in our no insurance, no problem plan. This new plan will provide you and your family with significant savings without the problem of traditional insurance.
Enroll for a low annual fee of $45 per individual or $90 per family (spouse and dependents under the age of 21). Members will be required to pay in full by cash or check on the date of service to receive a 15% savings. Members choosing to pay by credit card will receive a 10% savings and 5% savings with CareCredit.

Treatments included in our Parkview Perks program include:
- Routine cleanings, exams, x-rays and fluoride
- Periodontal therapy
- Tooth colored fillings (anterior/posterior composite restorations)
- Crowns, bridges, and build ups
- Whitening
- Root canal therapy
- Oral surgery
- Dentures and partials
Savings does not apply to prescription products, toothbrushes, Six Month Smile Program or other offers.
